WARRANTY PURCHASED
The purchase of WARRANTY PLUS coverage entitles the purchaser to two*, three*, four*, or five* continuous years of parts and labor service coverage for covered repairs on the applicable new item purchased under terms and conditions consistent with the original manufacturer warranty and subject to the limitations listed on both sides of the purchase receipt, and on abcserviceonline.com.
As an added benefit, if you incur no checkups or repairs during the period the WARRANTY PLUS coverage is in effect, you will be eligible to receive a portion of the payment which you made for the WARRANTY PLUS coverage in the form of a credit towards your next major appliance, television, furniture or bedding purchase at ABC Warehouse based on the following schedule:

To qualify, your “credit-back” must be used toward a purchase within 90 days after the expiration of your WARRANTY PLUS coverage by bringing your original sales invoice to the ABC Warehouse store of purchase for processing.
This service agreement applies only to the item(s) specifically noted on the front of the purchase receipt for the period(s) indicated. A covered repair is where the product has failed due to normal wear and tear. Repairs are limited to the functional part(s) and related labor necessary to restore the item to factory specification for the primary purpose that it was intended. Coverage begins as of the delivery date of the covered item and terminates in the number of years indicated for the WARRANTY PLUS coverage applied for on your original bill of sale. Customer is responsible for demonstrating defect or failure necessitating repair. In situations where no problem can be found or replicated (i.e. unit is functioning within normal specifications), customer will be required to submit reimbursement for these service call(s) before receiving any further benefits under this program. If at a later date (but still within the WARRANTY PLUS coverage period) the covered item is professionally evaluated at Warranty Administrators direction and found to be operating outside of normal specifications, any monies that the customer has paid under this provision will be refunded.
In instances where the product has failed due to a covered repair under the terms of this agreement, the Warranty Administrator will at its sole discretion: 1) Repair the unit, prioritizing restoration to its intended functional purpose, or 2) Issue credit toward the purchase of a new replacement unit, or 3) Replace the unit with a similarly featured item – all subject to the limitations noted below.
Once a credit allowance has been issued, replacement unit provided, or the total service costs incurred (repairs, parts, labor, etc.) have reached the price originally paid for the covered unit, the obligations under the Plan are fully satisfied and the balance of any existing WARRANTY PLUS coverage will be deemed exhausted, and coverage will not be transferred, refunded or credited except as may be provided by the manufacturer. The item that is being replaced or for which a replacement credit has been issued must be returned to ABC Warehouse. This service coverage is limited as described herein and is subject to change. This program does not cover products damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, or acts of God, commercial use or use outside of a residential dwelling. Coverage only available in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. All covered items must be readily accessible to servicers and have original model and serial plate(s) properly affixed. Customer installations or modifications as well as incidental or consequential losses due to product failure, are not covered. Normal maintenance cleanings, consumables (i.e. filters, light bulbs, etc.), missing parts, cabinetry, antennas, freely accessible to the customer, stands, accessories, delivery charges, installation/reinstallation, or adjustments which are in the customer’s control, are excluded. This program shall not be responsible for color/finish matching (i.e. designer colors) or any unauthorized repairs.
Customer hereby agrees to purchase WARRANTY PLUS for the period of time and on the items described on the reverse side of this invoice. Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that all obligations of ABC Warehouse under WARRANTY PLUS will be assigned to ABC Warranty Corporation and ABC Warranty Corporation will assume and fulfill all obligations under WARRANTY PLUS. Customer expressly agrees that upon assignment of its obligations under WARRANTY PLUS to ABC Warranty Corporation, ABC Warehouse shall have no further obligation or liability to Customer under WARRANTY PLUS. In addition, in the event that ABC Warranty Corporation purchases an insurance policy insuring Customer against any costs for repair (parts and labor) of the above described items for the time period described on the reverse side, then and in that event, Customer agrees that ABC Warranty Corporation shall have no further obligation or liability under WARRANTY PLUS. Customer further agrees to assign to ABC Warranty Corporation any rights to reimbursement, settlement, or recovery from the manufacturer related to the covered product, up to the amount paid under the warranty.
Customer understands and acknowledges that all claims under WARRANTY PLUS and/or any insurance coverage substituted for WARRANTY PLUS must be processed through the designated warranty administrator. Customer further understands and acknowledges that WARRANTY PLUS and any insurance coverage substituted for WARRANTY PLUS does not and will not make any reimbursements or cash outlays to any person or company not previously authorized.
The purchase of a PROTECTION PLAN entitles the purchaser for one year from the date of purchase to have the applicable item, if defective, replaced, repaired, or returned at ABC Warranty Corporation’s option. Coverage under the PROTECTION PLAN will require the original sales invoice to be presented along with the product. This plan does not cover missing or broken parts.
Any amount listed in this invoice as a deposit is a payment by the customer that creates an option under which we will reserve, and the customer may purchase, certain goods or services (or, after 60 days, reasonably equivalent substitute goods or services). The customer may exercise the option and apply the amount against the goods or services at any time within 180 days after the amount is paid. The amount is fully refundable during that 180-day period. If the customer does not exercise the option within 180 days, the amount will be considered earned by us in consideration of the option.
In consideration of ABC's collection and submission of application information under their private label Credit Card Program, Customer hereby authorizes ABC Warehouse to retain and maintain a copy of all information in my application.
Customer authorizes ABC Warehouse to provide this information to other credit, product, or service providers from time to time for the purpose of pre-qualification or other underwriting in connection with new or different credit or other products or services that such other credit, product, or service providers may consider offering to the customer.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that ABC Warehouse or its warranty agent may contact the customer (via call, text or email) regarding the status, and/or renewal of any warranties and/or service agreements within six months of any expiration or utilization of any service benefits.
WHAT IS COVERED
This service agreement applies to the items listed as covered for the period(s) indicated. Any manufacturers warranty is included. All functional parts and related labor (those items which are required to keep the product operating as it was designed) are included at no additional cost to the bearer (subject to conditions listed).
PLACE OF SERVICE
Home service, indicated by H, on reverse entitles the customer to have the service technician come to their home. If the product is not repairable in the home, the service technician may take the product with him/her, however, upon repair of the product the item will be returned to the home by the technician. Shop service, indicated by S or D, on reverse requires the customer to bring/mail his or her item into an ABC authorized servicer (shipping and transportation costs are the responsibility of customer). For a listing of the ABC authorized servicers, call 800-722-3333. Under no circumstances should the customer return the unit to any ABC Warehouse store without prior authorization. Service will be performed during normal business hours.
REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT
In all cases in which the product has failed, and the reasons or parts which have failed are under the terms of this agreement, ABC will attempt to repair the product or defect as many times as necessary or required. If at the sole discretion of ABC Warehouse, an item under this agreement is unrepairable (an item is not to be considered to be unrepairable if there are temporary parts delays), ABC may elect to replace the item with an equivalently featured item. The replacement item will be selected by ABC, and upon replacement, the balance of any existing extended warranty will be cancelled and no coverage will be transferred, refunded or credited. The item being replaced will be returned to ABC.
MORE PEACE OF MIND
By acceptance of extended service coverage purchaser expressly agrees that: (1) All obligations of ABC Warehouse under extended service coverage will be assigned to ABC Warranty Corporation and ABC Warranty Corporation will assume and fulfill all obligations under extended service coverage; (2) Upon assignment of its obligations under extended service coverage to ABC Warranty Corporation, ABC Warehouse shall have no further obligation or liability to purchaser under extended service coverage and (3) in the event that ABC Warranty Corporation purchases an insurance policy insuring purchaser against any costs for repair (parts and labor) of the above described items for the time period, then ABC Warranty Corporation shall have no further obligation or liability to purchaser under extended WARRANTY PLUS.
By acceptance of extended coverage, purchaser further acknowledges and agrees that (1) all claims under extended service coverage and/or any insurance coverage substituted for extended service coverage must be processed through ABC Warehouse and (2) extended service coverage does not and will not make any reimbursement or cash outlays to any person or company not previously authorized.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
It does not cover products damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, or acts of god, Commercial use or use outside of the continental United States. All items must be readily accessible to servicers. No custom installations or modifications are included. Incidental or consequential losses due to product failure are not included in this agreement. Normal maintenance cleanings (other than specifically listed), missing parts, cabinetry, antennas, light bulbs freely accessible to the customer, or adjustments which are in the customers control are excluded. ABC Warehouse shall not be responsible for any unauthorized repairs.
It is customer’s responsibility to verify upon receipt of the invoice and / or warranty document that the date of purchase, and model number(s) are correct within thirty (30) days upon receipt of the invoice and / or warranty document.
WHAT IS COVERED
THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT APPLIES TO THE ITEM LISTED ON THE FRONT OF THIS DOCUMENT FOR THE PERIOD(S) INDICATED. ANY MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY IS INCLUDED. THE REPAIR IS LIMITED TO THE FUNCTIONAL PARTS AND THE RELATED LABOR THAT ARE NECESSARY TO RESTORE THE ITEM TO FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PRIMARY PURPOSE THAT IT WAS INTENDED. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER TO DEMONSTRATE THE DEFECT OR FAILURE NECESSITATING THE REPAIR.
In situations where no problem can be found or replicated (i.e. unit functions within normal specifications), customer will be required to submit reimbursement for these service call(s) before receiving any further benefits under this program. If later (but still within the SERVICE PLUS, coverage period) the covered item is professionally evaluated at Warranty Administrators direction and found to be operating outside of normal specifications, any monies that the customer has paid under this provision will be refunded. Breaks in coverage may require a 30-Day black out period at the beginning of the warranty period.

IT IS CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY UPON THE RECEIPT OF THE INVOICE AND/OR WARRANTY DOCUMENT THAT THE DATE OF PURCHASE, MODEL NUMBER(S) AND COVERAGE TERM ARE CORRECT. MODIFICATIONS MAY BE MADE IN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE TRANS. DATE LISTED ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE INVOICE AND /OR WARRANTY DOCUMENT AS APPROPRIATE.
