How to Get Service on Your Product

Depending on how your product service is covered, you will need to get either your bill of sale from when you purchased the product, or the Blue certificate that was mailed to you, after the purchase

If your warranty is through the manufacturer or if you are covered by a "warranty plus" (this will be indicated on the bill of sale) click one of the options directly below.

If your service is covered by a Blue certificate of extended service then:

 You will then need to complete the online Service Request form. A representative will contact you to arrange service.
