  PURCHASE WARRANTY QUESTIONS

How can I purchase an extended warranty?
Extended warranty on new products are available at the time of purchase from the store. After the time of purchase, you can either purchase online by clicking here or by calling us at 800-722-3333, MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:30AM - 4:30PM EST.

What information do I need?
All you will need is your original bill of sale.

What forms of payment are accepted?
For online purchase, debit card or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or ABC Warehouse Card). For phone purchase, you can additionally pay by check or money order.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available. Contact us for more details.

What happens after I make my payment?
As soon as you make your payment and it is approved your order will be processed. You will receive a "Certificate of Service" in the mail for your records. You should receive this within 3 business days.

 

  RENEW WARRANTY QUESTIONS

How can I renew my extended warranty?
You can either renew online by clicking here or by calling us at 800-722-3333, MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:30AM - 4:30PM EST.

Can I renew at the store?
No.

What information do I need?
You will need your invoice number and the zip code from your invoice.
